Dr. Tyler Okelberry is a neurologist at Intermountain Health's McKay-Dee Neurology Clinic. He supports patients in Weber County, north Davis County, Box Elder County, and surrounding communities treating all neurological conditions, with a special focus on Parkinson's disease, tremor, ataxia, dystonia, and spasticity. Dr. Okelberry is passionate about improving the health and well-being of his patients. His aim is for every patient to leave the office feeling heard and understood. He believes that patients and physicians should make medical decisions in collaboration. Dr. Okelberry earned his bachelor’s degree in neuroscience from Brigham Young University, then later attended medical school at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center in Dallas, Texas. He completed his neurology residency training at the University of Kansas Medical Center in Kansas City, followed by a fellowship in movement disorders, also at the University of Kansas Medical Center. Outside the clinic, the Utah native enjoys hiking in the mountains, turning the pages of a good book, roasting a marshmallow over the campfire, or chasing after his four children.
