  Vincent Stevens

  President

  Attorney Vincent Stevens was born and raised with the values and culture of Northern Utah. After completing his undergraduate work at Weber State University he moved to New England. Vince graduated from Western New England College of Law in May of 2010. During his law school career, Vince volunteered in several internships with the federal government. He completed an internship with the Federal Aviation Administration during which he interpreted regulations and assisted in the prosecution of regulatory and criminal violations. Vince also completed an externship with the United States Postal Service during which he assisted in defending the agency against employment discrimination claims. Prior to graduating Law School, Vince worked for nearly two decades in the aviation industry, during his career in aviation Vince maintained confidentiality while managing and protecting client assets, often exceeding values of $200 million. While in New England, Mr. Stevens also worked in the financial industry for a world renowned Insurance and Mutual Fund company. While working in the financial industry, Mr. Stevens helped to protect the confidentiality of his clients while assisting them in obtaining their financial goals. Vince has the experience you need to accomplish your goals. He has devoted his practice to serving clients in Northern Utah. Vince practices Business Law, Aviation Law, Family Law and Criminal Defense. Mr. Stevens has the experience and training to protect your confidentiality and your assets.   H.D. Gailey

  Vice President

  Mr. H.D. Gailey, speaks fluent Spanish, earned a bachelors degree in communication from the University of Utah, and a juris doctorate from the University of Idaho in 2006. Mr. Gailey spent the first years after graduating from law school representing large corporate entities in civil litigation. After a few years, Mr. Gailey found more satisfaction obtaining favorable outcomes for his clients accused of criminal injustices. He enjoys protecting the constitutional rights of all people. Mr. Gailey gained valuable criminal experience while interning with the Moscow City Attorney’s Office, as well as the with the ADR Administrator & Staff Attorney U.S. District Court for the District of Utah and as a CASA volunteer for the Couer d’Alene Indian Tribe where he worked primarily with domestic violence and child abuse matters. He has taught paralegal courses to college level students looking to enter the legal field. In addition, he has given numerous seminars to college and high school students regarding business ethics. Mr. Gailey is resourceful and willing to put in the hours to get the job done, often resulting in creative solutions to difficult issues. Mr. Gailey is a fun loving individual with a calming demeanor. And while he takes each individual’s situation seriously, he has the ability to bring laughter to the most stressful situations. He is also a proud member of the Utah Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers (UACDL)
